Add ability to calculate the freight rate with 2 digits instead of 3 when using scale tables

When using scale tables the system prorates the freight rate with 3 digits instead of 2 digits and this causes issues with “wrong” freight rate in the invoice.
The current workaround is to change the freight rate manually to a flat rate.
Therefore it would be great to have the option to choose to display only 2 digits.
Moreover, money can only be paid in 2 decimals anyway

This pro-rata calculation of freight in more than 2 decimals impacts the calculation and causes manual work around to fix this, which is not ideal.
